For Gerry Palmer, growing up in Sandtown was tough. Faced with the need to provide for his two younger sisters, Gerry turned to the streets and to dealing drugs, tragically witnessing the loss of many of his friends. Years later, and now determined to give back, Gerry with the support of his family and friends, risks his life to bring renewed hope and dignity back to his beloved hometown.
