FilmFiction was born out of our love for film and telling stories metaphorically and dramatically with images, symbolism and an unwavering dedication to the art and craft of cinema.

Last August, FilmFiction finished postproduction on their first independent documentary, Stores of Hope. It was a five year journey and a labor of love for the residents of Sandtown… a small community nestled in the heart of inner city Baltimore, where Gerry Palmer, freed from a life of dealing drugs, risks his life to open a café and bring comfort and hope back to his beloved hometown.
